We founded Bliss Boutique with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

RETURNS

  • There are no refunds; store credit will be given for all items.

  • We accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information through usps.com. To look up the date simply input your tracking number through usps.com count 7 days from the delivery date Sundays do not count. Please do not require signature release when returning packages. We are not responsible if packages get sent back due to lack of signture release. Someone may not be available to receive it.

  • Ship item(s) back from carrier of choice. Shipping costs of returns are customer responsibility. We do not provide labels for returns.

  • Returns must be received unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of any stains & odors and with the original tags attached. Items must be in the original packaging.

  • A $5 re-stocking fee will be charged/deducted (per item) if returned late or if items are not returned in original form and/or without attached tags.

  • Include copy of invoice.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoes makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.

  • Jewelry, bodysuits, tights, undergarments or Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES​

  • We accept exchanges postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information through usps.com.

  • Email your exchange request to info@blissboutique10.com 

  • If item is available for an even exchange we will ship your item free of charge.  If item is not available you will get a credit code and will be held responsible for paying shipping again on new item(s).

  • When your exchange is received and processed, we'll email you a notification.  

  • If a credit code is used the order will become final sale.  Codes do not expire.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us at info@blissboutique10.com within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. You will have 5 business days to return items back. We reserve the right to reject any items that are not abided by these specifications.​

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

​

  • If the items you order are in stock it will be processed and shipped out within the next 1-3 business days (weekends are not included).  You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporarily out of stock. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days, excluding holidays), or USPS Ground Mail (5-8 business days, excluding holidays) to arrive unless you request otherwise.

  • Priority Mail shipping is preferred,  Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days depending on your shipping location.  

  • As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation within 3 to 5 business days from your order date, please email us at info@blissboutique10.com

  • Please track your packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Once packages leave our office it is responsibility of the shipping carrier. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS.

  • If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please call USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
